Shipping & Delivery Policy

Guidelines regarding shipment, delivery charges, and damage reporting

Freight Charges

Freight charges are applicable on "Actuals". This means the shipping cost is calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the consignment at the time of dispatch.

  • Shipping costs are not included in the standard product price unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written quotation.
  • The customer will be informed of the estimated freight charges prior to dispatch, or the charges will be billed directly by the logistics partner upon delivery (To Pay basis).

Returns Policy

We ensure all products are quality checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of water treatment and solar equipment, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of requirement, wrong ordering, or surplus quantity.

  Strict No-Return Policy: Once a product has been shipped from our warehouse, returns are strictly NOT accepted.

Damaged Goods & Reporting

The only exception to our No-Return policy is in the case of transit damage, subject to strict reporting guidelines:

  • Immediate Reporting: Any damage to the product packaging or the product itself must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  • Proof Required: Customers must take clear photographs/videos of the damaged shipment before and during unpacking and share them with our team immediately.
  • Time Window: Failure to report damage within 24 hours of delivery will result in the rejection of any claim.

Investigation & Approval

Return acceptance is not automatic. It is subject to an internal investigation:

  • Our technical team will review the submitted evidence (photos/videos) and the carrier’s report.
  • Approval Required: Returns will be accepted ONLY after our team approves the investigation report confirming that the damage occurred during transit and was not caused by mishandling at the customer’s end.
  • If approved, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the damaged component/product. Refunds are generally not provided; only replacements or repairs are offered.
