Refund & Cancellation Policy

Transparency in our business transactions

AQUASTAG Water Technologies adheres to a strict NO REFUND policy. All sales of products (including RO Plants, Water Softeners, Purifiers, etc.) and services (Installation, Maintenance, Consultation) are final.

Products and Equipment

Once a product is sold, delivered, or installed, it cannot be returned for a refund. We encourage customers to review specifications and consult with our experts thoroughly before making a purchase decision.

  • We do not offer refunds for “change of mind.”
  • We do not offer refunds for incompatibility if the site conditions were not accurately disclosed by the client.

Services and Installation

Fees paid for installation, maintenance visits, site surveys, or consultancy services are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled and personnel have been deployed or work has commenced.

Warranty Claims

While we do not offer refunds, our products are covered under warranty against manufacturing defects as per the specific terms mentioned in your purchase invoice. In case of defects:

  • Defective parts will be repaired or replaced as per warranty terms.
  • A refund will NOT be issued in lieu of repair or replacement.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if the item has not yet been dispatched or custom manufacturing has not begun. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative costs. Once dispatched or installed, no cancellation is possible.
