The number of scheduled visits depends on your AMC plan tier and system type. Standard plans include quarterly visits, while premium plans offer monthly servicing. We customize visit frequency based on your system’s usage intensity and operational requirements.
Consumables such as filters and membranes are covered or provided at significantly discounted rates depending on your plan. All labour charges for scheduled visits and breakdown calls within the contract period are fully included, with no additional billing.
AMC clients receive priority breakdown response status. In the event of a fault between scheduled visits, simply raise a service call and our team will respond on priority, ensuring your downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.
